Terms of credit
When credit is granted by ImageWorks, it is subject to the following terms:
In consideration for the extension of credit, customer promises to pay for all purchases within the terms agreed, NET30, unless otherwise specified. Invoices not paid within five days of the due date will be subject to a 5% late charge, plus an additional 1 -1/2% per month (18% annual percentage rate) on all past due balances. In the event any third parties are employed to collect any outstanding monies owed by the customer, the customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, whether or not litigation has commenced, and all costs of litigation incurred. The purchaser represents that he/she has the authority to execute this credit agreement on behalf of the customer.
Invoices paid with a credit card more than 10 days past the invoice date will be subject to a 3% processing fee, in addition to any applicable late fees.
